It is an a series 41 dated Walther P38. The bluing is very nice and the gun is all matching with the exception of the 2 magazines. The Leather clam shell holster is marked ewx and is dated 1941. The grip also has a crack in it by the lanyard loop but is not very noticeable which can be seen in the pics.
