Is there caller ID on the future call?
The phone does not have visual or audio caller ID, which is unfortunate, but we have another corded phone in the apartment that has caller ID (and allows normal dialing) so that was not a problem. There is a button for a speaker phone which we tested and it worked fine, but I do not expect her to use it.
