How much is my H & are topper Model 158 worth?
The writing on it says AC US Patent 2876576 no serial number. 20 gauge ~P MOD Choke. Walnut stock blued receiver and barrel. 26 inch barrel. I would say it’s in good condition I could be wrong. If you happen to know the price could you please list poor/fair/good/excellent prices so I know how to categorize this one.

Where is the serial number on a topper Model 15?
Serial number, right at the bottom of the billboard, just above the bottom edge of the receiver. Where they hiding ’em now? Mine is a Topper Model 15 and the serial number is right below the Harrison & Richardson also! I do believe that the number you have as the Patent number is actually the Serial number.
When was the last H & are Topper made?
But H&R had a date stamping prefix from 1940 until when Remington took over but didn’t always put full serial numbers on their long guns prior to ’68. That “AA” would be 1964. For proof – the 158 Topper was only made between 1962 and 1973.
