Rather than restore I think you mean ” pretty ” it up, to restore it to original factory condition ( such as Turnbull does ) would cost close to 10 times the value of the rifle if it was brand new in the box. It is not a high value item but I would leave it as is, by rebluing and refinishing it you would lose any value as a collectors peice.
