Where is Browning firearms made?
Most Browning guns were made in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale (FN) until the mid 1970s when some production was shifted to Miroku in Japan. Today’s Browning firearms are made in either Belgium, Portugal, Japan or in the United States. The original Browning & Brothers store in Ogden, Utah.
Is Browning and Winchester the same?

Does Browning make good guns?
Browning makes a good stick, but it’s not the best factory actioned rifle out there. The do have some consistently good barrels, of the ones I have seen, and they do have a pretty good locktime ( meaning that their firing pins aren’t super heavy and they travel well when the trigger is pulled ).

Is Browning better than Beretta?
Both are excellent guns. I personally prefer the Beretta. For me it’s more streamlined, fit is better, and is more lively between my hands. The Browning actions have always felt too bulky for me.
Is FN a good brand?
Yes. FN makes very good stuff.
Why did Browning stop making the Hi Power?
In February 2018, Browning announced its Hi-Power pistols are no longer in production. When Browning was commissioned by Belgium’s FN to create a new military sidearm, the design required an all new approach because he’d sold the 1911 patents to Colt.
