Like ridge said I’d try the Henry forum, a couple good guys from this forum run the Henry forum and guys from Henry regularly respond to inquiries on that forum. Malfunction with a new firearm are frustrating but seem pretty rare with Henry’s.
Why is the Henry lever action so reliable?
Never had that issue with my Henry, no matter how fast I cycle it. Henry’s have a ridiculously simple action, which is why they’re usually so reliable. The cartridge is lifted by the lift gate only high enough for the the bolt to pick it up coming forward.

The only problem is that they replaced the bolt and it still jams. After further examination and study by friends with Henrys we have come to the conclusion that the Carrier (part 08/09) and or the Carrier feed lever (part 11) are causing the problem.
